We are looking for an experienced and motivated Banking & Loan Processing Executive with good exposure to banking operations, loan processing, customer coordination, and field activities.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with banks, assisting customers with loan applications, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banking & Loan Coordination

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan requirements.
- Maintain qualified relationships with banking representatives.
- Understand different loan products and eligibility criteria.
- Follow up on loan applications and approval status.

2. Loan Processing

- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan applications.
- Assist customers with personal loans, business loans, home loans, and third-party property loans.
- Coordinate with banking teams for document submission and processing.
- Track applications and communicate updates to customers.

3. Field Work & Customer Visits

- Conduct field visits for customer meetings and document collection.
- Generate potential loan leads through field marketing and networking.




- Visit customer locations and coordinate meetings when required.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.

4. Customer Relationship Management

- Explain loan procedures, documentation, and applicable terms accurately.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending requirements.
- Support customers throughout the loan processing journey.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate loan application records.
- Track pending documents and application status.
- Prepare daily and weekly work reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in banking and loan processing.
- Good knowledge of loan documentation and processing procedures.
- Experience coordinating with banks and financial institutions.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Field visit and lead generation experience.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
