Position: Customer Support Executive – Malayalam Voice Process

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Eligibility

- Undergraduates: Male candidates
- Graduates: Male & Female candidates
- Language: Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory
- Positive verbal communication and customer-handling skills
- Candidates must be currently available in Bengaluru

Job Details

- Process: Domestic Voice Process
- Work Schedule: 6 days working
- Week Off: 1 rotational week off
- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Handle customer calls and provide appropriate support/resolution
- Maintain professional communication with customers

Key Skills

- Fluent in Malayalam
- Basic English/Hindi communication will be an added advantage
- Good listening and communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Customer-service orientation
