Position: Telecaller
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Incentive: Additional performance-based incentives will be provided by the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer details.
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi, Bengali, and English preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Fixed Off
Location: Kolkata
