Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell telecom and Wi-Fi services in the assigned area. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, explaining service plans, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit residential areas, commercial locations, and potential customer locations to generate leads.
- Promote and sell Wi-Fi, broadband, and telecom services to new customers.
- Explain available plans, pricing, features, installation process, and benefits to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
- Generate recent leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the installation and technical teams for new connections.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Stay updated about current plans, offers, and service features.




- Provide regular sales and field-activity reports to the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements:

- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, telecom, broadband, Wi-Fi, or related sales roles preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and willingness to work in the field may also be considered.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers directly.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications.
- Knowledge of the local area and language will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
