About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Loan & Overdraft Executive to join our in-house office team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers interested in loan and overdraft facilities, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable products, and coordinating the application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries for loans and overdraft facilities.
- Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain loan/OD products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and process.
- Coordinate with customers for required documents and application formalities.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan/OD processing cycle.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and financial institutions/banking partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Generate repeat business and referrals from existing customers.
- Ensure qualified customer service and timely follow-ups.





Requirements

- Experience: 6 months to 5 years in Finance, Banking, Loans, OD, NBFC, or related financial services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of loan and overdraft products.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer handling.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers may be considered if they have relevant knowledge and strong communication skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
