Job Description – PMO Analyst (SAP Implementation Project)
Role Summary
We are looking for a PMO Analyst to support SAP implementation projects by managing project governance, reporting, coordination, and tracking activities. The role involves working closely with project managers, business teams, SAP consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Track project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, MOMs, and action item follow-ups.
- Support project governance and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor timelines and escalate project risks/delays.
- Assist in testing, cutover, and go-live coordination activities.

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of PMO / Project Coordination experience.
- Experience in SAP implementation / transformation projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (JIRA/MS Project/Azure DevOps).
- Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is an advantage.
