Admission Counsellor – SHEMFORD Futuristic School

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 1–4 years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle admission enquiries from parents through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Counsel parents regarding school curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits and interactions.
- Maintain admission records and regularly update enquiry data.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams for the admission process.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
