We are looking for a Site Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day site activities for commercial interior and retail projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising execution work, coordinating with contractors and labour, monitoring work progress, checking quality, taking measurements, and ensuring that the project is completed as per timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and execution work.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Check quality and ensure work is executed as per drawings and requirements.

Take measurements and maintain basic site records.





Coordinate with the project team for smooth site operations.

Identify and resolve day-to-day site-related issues.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

2–4 years of relevant site supervision experience.

Experience in commercial interiors and/or retail projects preferred.

Valuable knowledge of site execution, measurements, and contractor coordination.

Strong site-management and communication skills.
