Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Assembly Fitter to join our Hydraulic Machinery Manufacturing team in Rajkot. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical assembly, fitting, installation, alignment and testing of hydraulic machines and their components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble hydraulic machines and mechanical components as per drawings and instructions.
- Perform fitting, alignment, drilling, cutting, grinding and other mechanical fitting work.
- Install hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps, pipelines, fittings and related components.
- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and dimensions.
- Check proper alignment and fitting of machine components.
- Assist in machine installation, testing and commissioning.
- Identify fitting/assembly issues and coordinate with the production/engineering team for corrections.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at the workplace.
- Support machine servicing and troubleshooting whenever required.
- Complete assigned assembly work within the required production schedule.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of mechanical fitting and machine assembly.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.




- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of hand tools and fitting tools.
- Good understanding of measurements and dimensions.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Experience in hydraulic machine manufacturing will be preferred.

Educational Qualification:
ITI – Fitter / Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in machine assembly, hydraulic machinery, industrial machinery or mechanical fitting preferred.

Job Location Requirement:
Candidates from Rajkot and nearby areas are preferred.
Candidates should be willing to work at our manufacturing facility in Rajkot.
