1. Project Planning & Scheduling Prepare project execution plan (timeline + stages + micro schedules) - Project schedule prepared before execution start (%)- Weekly schedule adherence (%)- Delay vs planned timeline (days)

2. Fund Flow & Cost Control Manage budget, track expenses, align execution with fund availability - Budget vs Actual variance (%)- Unauthorized expenses (No.)- Fund shortage delays (No.)

3. Site Execution Coordination Manage daily site progress (civil + interior) through team coordination - Daily work completion vs plan (%)- Project delay due to coordination issues (No.)- Site issue resolution time

4. Design & Drawing Coordination Ensure proper drawings before execution and manage revisions - Execution errors due to drawing issues (No.)- Rework cases (No.)- Drawing approval before execution (%)

5. Procurement & Material Coordination Ensure timely availability of materials as per schedule - Material delay incidents (No.)- On-time procurement (%)- Work stoppage due to material shortage (No.)

Quality Control Maintain execution quality across civil and interior works - Quality defects reported (No.)- Rework due to quality issues (%)- Final finishing approval rate (%)

7. Client Coordination Handle client communication during execution stage - Client complaints (No.)- Update frequency (weekly reports submitted %)- Client satisfaction level

8. Documentation & Reporting Maintain project reports, cost tracking, and updates - Daily/weekly report submission (%)- Data accuracy in reports (%)- CRM/system update compliance (%)

9. Handover & Closure Ensure smooth completion and final delivery of project - Handover delay (days)- Pending works at handover (No.)- Client sign-off completion (%)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
