We are looking for a smart, sharp and highly trainable person who can grow into a responsible role handling different aspects of our business.

Prior experience is not essential. We are more interested in your ability to learn quickly, communicate well, take responsibility and get work completed.

Role

You will gradually be trained to handle:

- Sales enquiries and customer follow-ups
- Coordination with customers, sales and service teams
- Back-office operations
- Preparing quotations and basic reports
- Excel / Google Sheets and business data
- WhatsApp, email and telephone communication
- Follow-up of pending work
- Coordination of dispatch, installation and service activities
- Supporting management in day-to-day business operations

- Is organised and positive at follow-up
- Is comfortable with computers, Excel/Google Sheets and email
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for repeated instructions
- Is willing to learn both technical and commercial aspects of the business

Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma preferred. Fresh engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.

This is suitable for someone who wants to learn multiple aspects of running a business rather than work in one narrowly defined function.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
