Job Description

CRG Recycling (https://crg-recycling.com) is hiring a Field Sales Manager for its scrap and recycling business. The role requires extensive pan-India travel and door-to-door sales to manufacturing units, garages, and scrap yards. This is a pure field role and not an office-based position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating business and managing customer relationships for scrap parts, e-waste, catalytic converters, ceramic powder, and related materials. Training period will be 1-2 weeks to know about the product & process. We have our main branch in Sonipat, Haryana, and have recently expanded our operations by opening a new branch in Dankuni, Kolkata, West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel across India to meet customers and generate new business
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to:
- Manufacturing plants
- Scrap yards
- Garages and workshops
- Industrial companies
- Sell and manage business for:
- Scrap parts
- E-waste
- Catalytic converters




- Ceramic powder
- Develop recent customers and maintain long-term business relationships
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for operations and logistics
- Prepare visit reports, sales updates, and market feedback
- Achieve assigned sales targets

Candidate Profile

- Age: 26 years and above
- Education: Graduate (preferred)
- Experience:
- Minimum experience in field sales / industrial sales
- Experience in scrap, recycling, metals, automotive, or e-waste industry preferred
- Must be comfortable with extensive travel across India

Key Skills Required

- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented
- Knowledge of industrial customers and B2B sales

Travel & Mobility

- Mandatory pan-India travel
- Valid driving license required
- Should own or be able to use a two-wheeler / four-wheeler
- Comfortable using public transport where required

- This is not an office sitting job

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
