About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Legal lawyer Executive to manage and oversee all legal documentation related to property and real estate matters. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of legal records and agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle legal matters, agreements, contracts, and documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and contracts.
- Provide legal advice on company operations and business matters.
- Handle notices, disputes, litigation, and legal proceedings when required.
- Coordinate with external advocates, government authorities, and legal consultants.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements

- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- 1years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.




- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and compliance procedures.
- Willingness to attend court/official proceedings when required.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Kannada

Employment Terms

- Full-time, in-office role (No Work From Home)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Minimum 1-year commitment

- Candidates should be based in Karnataka
- Must be willing to commute/relocate to Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
