Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Techno-Functional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing functional documentation, supporting solution design, coordinating with development and QA teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, QA, and project managers.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and functional specifications.
- Create and maintain process flows, workflows, wireframes, and requirement documentation.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work with technical teams to understand solution design, system workflows, APIs, integrations, and databases.
- Support the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving functional queries.
- Participate in UAT, test scenario preparation, requirement validation, and defect/issue tracking.




- Identify functional and technical gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Support different phases of the SDLC, from requirement gathering through implementation.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in relevant project meetings.
- Track project requirements, deliverables, and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation for stakeholders.
- Support implementation and post-deployment activities.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in Requirement Gathering & Business Process Analysis.
- Hands-on experience preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of system design, application workflows, APIs, and system integrations.
- Positive knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with developers.
- Experience with UAT, test scenarios, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of UML diagrams, including Use Case, Sequence, and Activity diagrams,



will be an advantage.
- Experience with project management and requirement-tracking tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements, priorities, and deadlines.

Work Mode

- Work From Home
- The candidate may be required to visit the Visakhapatnam office occasionally based on project or business requirements.
- Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with remote and on-site teams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis as well as technical understanding, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience in software development projects, enterprise applications, IT services, or technology-driven projects will be preferred.
