Job Overview

Gashwa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Digital Marketer Trainer to train and mentor students in various areas of digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience and the ability to explain digital marketing concepts in a simple and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
- Teach practical aspects of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Provide hands-on training through live projects, practical assignments, and real-world examples.
- Explain campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Train students in keyword research, audience targeting, content strategy, and lead generation.
- Teach students how to analyze campaign performance using relevant digital marketing tools.
- Keep training content updated according to the latest industry trends and platform updates.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical projects.




- Provide guidance and feedback to help students improve their digital marketing skills.
- Assist students with project work and career-oriented practical knowledge.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive and practical training sessions.
- Experience with live digital marketing projects will be an advantage.

Experience

Candidates with practical experience in digital marketing and training are preferred. Experienced digital marketers who have a passion for teaching and mentoring are encouraged to apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and expertise.
