Role Overview

Lead the planning, design, and coordination of academic, administrative, residential, and support facilities as part of a large-scale university campus master planning project.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead concept design, schematic design, and design development.
- Coordinate with university authorities and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and review design presentations, reports, and architectural drawings.
- Mentor and guide junior architects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and design standards.
- Contribute to campus planning, redevelopment strategies, and design frameworks.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, including structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure teams.

Desired Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution (Master's degree preferred).
- 7–10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in educational, institutional, healthcare, public sector, or large campus projects.
- Robust design, planning, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (Revit preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
