Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and dedicated Vice Principal to support the Principal in the effective administration and academic management of the school. The candidate will help maintain high educational standards, discipline, staff coordination, and a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Principal in day-to-day school administration and operations.
- Supervise and coordinate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Monitor teaching, lesson planning, student performance, and academic activities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with school rules and policies.
- Coordinate examinations, school events, assemblies, and other academic activities.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Address student and staff concerns professionally.
- Maintain school records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Support teacher training, meetings, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure the safety,



cleanliness, and overall discipline of the school campus.
- Handle responsibilities assigned by the Principal.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Prior teaching or school administration experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to manage staff, students, and school activities effectively.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

5-10 years of relevant teaching/administrative experience preferred.
