Profile Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Team Leader who can lead the SEO team, manage multiple client projects, and ensure effective execution of SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with valuable team-handling and analytical skills.

What Will You Do?

- Lead, manage, and mentor the SEO team.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Oversee On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, and overall SEO performance.
- Review team work related to content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and website structure.
- Plan and monitor link-building and Off-Page SEO activities.
- Identify technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, redirects, broken links, and website structure.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation.
- Prepare and review SEO performance reports.
- Train and guide junior SEO team members.




- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Good understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Understanding of website crawling, indexing, internal linking, and technical SEO.
- Knowledge of backlink analysis and link-building strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership, communication, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2+ years of practical SEO experience.
- Previous experience in handling or mentoring an SEO team will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of complete SEO execution.
- Ability to review team work and provide actionable SEO recommendations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work on-site from Mansarovar, Jaipur.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
