What you'll do:
• Drive store sales, conversion and business targets
• Lead, motivate and develop the store team
• Ensure excellent customer experience and NPS
• Handle store operations, inventory and cash management
• Ensure SOP, compliance and operational excellence
• Manage staffing, shift planning and store performance
What we're looking for:
1. Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience
2. Graduate: 4+ years total experience
3. Undergraduate: 6+ years total experience
4. Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
5. Excellent team management and execution abilities.
Shift: 10 AM – 10 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Off: Rotational
Locations: Visakhapatnam & Gujarat
