Position:_ *Asst. Manager Account*

_Experience:_ 5-7 Years in Banking, Finance &

_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_

*1. Banking & Finance Coordination*

- Overall coordination with banks for CC Limit, Term Loan, BG, LC, OD & other facilities

- Preparation of bank stock statements, CMA data, renewal & enhancement proposals

- Daily banking operations, fund flow management & bank reconciliation

- Property / security mortgage releted activity

*2. Subsidy & Govt. Documentation*

- Complete handling of Subsidy documentation - State Govt, Central Govt, MSME, DIC, Capital Subsidy, Interest Subsidy

- Liaison with consultants, banks & government departments for subsidy approval & disbursement

- Maintain all subsidy files, claims & follow-up till realization

*3. Google Sheet Tracker & MIS*

- Maintain advanced *Google Sheet Tracker* for Loans, Subsidy Status, Bank Limits, Repayment, Interest





- Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS Reports for Management Review

- Monitor, review and enhance efficiency of finance tracking systems

*4. Share Transfer Documentation*

- Handling Share Transfer documentation, Demat, shareholding records

- Coordination with CS, ROC, Shareholders for transfer, transmission & compliance

- Maintain statutory registers & share transfer deeds

*5. Accounting & Finance Work*

- Support in Accounting, Finalization, GST, TDS & Audit work

- Coordination with CA/CS for statutory compliances

- Support and participate in all internal/external audits
