WE ARE HIRING – MANAGER – ACCOUNTS

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Experience: 7–8 Years

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Qualification: M.Com / Inter CA / MBA / PGDM – Finance

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Accounts to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations for a dynamic retail organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting operations and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS & statutory requirements
- Handle statutory audits and financial reporting
- Prepare Financial Statements, MIS & Management Reports
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse & Store teams
- Manage vendor, bank and external auditor relationships
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cost control




- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Lead and mentor the Accounts team

Key Requirements:

7–8 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in Retail

Solid knowledge of GST, TDS & statutory compliance

Experience with ERP systems

Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA

Strong financial reporting and analytical skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Leadership and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
