Job Title: Design Engineer – Static Equipment

**Experience Required:** 4 – 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop **Static Equipment, Jigs, Fixtures, and Tooling** as per customer, project, and production requirements.

* **Robust knowledge of Static Equipment design is mandatory**, including equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, receivers, heat exchangers, and related fabricated equipment.

* Handle design activities from **concept development to detailed engineering, fabrication, and final documentation**.

* Prepare and review **2D & 3D CAD drawings**, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation.

* Carry out design calculations and ensure designs comply with applicable **design codes, standards, customer specifications, and project requirements**.

* Support **New Product Development (NPD)** activities including concept design, prototyping, design validation, and design improvements.





* Coordinate with **Production, Quality, Purchase, Project, and PPC teams** for smooth execution of projects.

* Review customer drawings/specifications and convert requirements into practical and manufacturable designs.

* Modify and optimize existing designs to improve **performance, manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness**.

* Select suitable materials based on design requirements, operating conditions, manufacturing processes, and customer specifications.

* Apply knowledge of **GD&T;, welding/fabrication processes, tolerances, material selection, and manufacturing methods**.

* Review fabrication feasibility and provide technical support during manufacturing and assembly.

* Prepare and maintain **BOM, material specifications, drawing revisions, and other engineering documents**.

* Identify design issues and provide effectiveness

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
