Job Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and theoretical HR classes for students.
- Teach topics such as HRM, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and labour laws.
- Provide practical training through case studies, activities, and real-world examples.
- Guide students in assignments, projects, presentations, and assessments.
- Support students with academic and career-related guidance.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and class activities.
- Coordinate with the academic team for class schedules and student progress.
- Maintain basic academic and training records.

Requirements

- MBA in Human Resources or a related qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or HR training.
- Robust knowledge of HR practices and processes.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging and practical training.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
