Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Contact potential customers and generate leads for hotel, restaurant, spa and banquet services.
- Explain services, packages, offers and membership plans to customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Manage customer inquiries and assist with bookings.
- Maintain daily call and lead records.
- Achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/front-office team for customer conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain skilled communication.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and convincing ability.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
