JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Designation: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Identify and approach potential customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regularly follow up for recent requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, commercial proposals and product-related information with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payment-related matters.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings and product presentations as required.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular sales reports, enquiry records, customer databases and follow-up status.




- Identify opportunities for new product development, cross-selling and repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution of complaints and concerns.
- Participate in exhibitions, industrial visits and other business-development activities.
- Support management in developing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Diploma / relevant qualification preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.
- Candidates with Manufacturing / Industrial / Auto Component industry experience preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-generation abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
