UI/UX & Graphic Designer Cum Trainer

G-TEC EDUCATION, Trichy is looking for a creative and technically skilled UI/UX & Graphic Designer Cum Trainer who will also work on the organisation's in-house design requirements.

This is a In-House Designer + Trainer role. The candidate will conduct practical training sessions for students and work on live design projects during non-training hours.

Training Responsibilities

- Conduct practical classes in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design
- Train students from beginner to advanced/project level
- Guide students through assignments, practical exercises and portfolio projects
- Conduct assessments and project reviews
- Help students develop industry-relevant design portfolios
- Keep course content aligned with current design practices and tools

Technical Skills

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

- Graphic Design fundamentals
- Typography and colour theory
- Layout and composition
- Branding and visual identity
- Social media design
- Wireframing
- UI Design

In-House Design Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives for G-TEC Education
- Create course and promotional campaign creatives




- Design Meta/Google advertising creatives
- Create brochures, flyers, posters, banners and standees
- Design certificates and event materials
- Create presentation and workshop materials
- Support website/UI design requirements where required
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team for campaign creatives
- Maintain consistency in G-TEC's visual communication

Candidate Profile

- Strong practical design skills
- Positive communication and presentation ability
- Ability to explain design concepts clearly to students
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage both training and internal design assignments
- Comfortable working in a training-centre environment

Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with excellent design skills and communication ability.

Portfolio is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month, depending on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
