Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

- We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join a growing IT & Software Development company.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT Business Development,
- Lead Generation and International Client Handling, with experience using platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn & other platforms
- Identify potential clients and software development opportunities
- Prepare customized proposals according to client requirements
- Communicate and build relationships with international clients
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in IT Business Development / Lead Generation
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, PeoplePerHour & LinkedIn
- Excellent English communication skills – written & verbal
- Experience dealing with international clients
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI or UI/UX development is a plus
- Graduate in any relevant field preferred
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
