Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Immigration Advisor to counsel clients, understand their immigration requirements, and provide guidance on suitable immigration products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding immigration products and services through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Understand client requirements and provide guidance on available visa options, eligibility criteria, and the overall immigration process.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Collect and verify basic client documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up with clients regarding payments and application-related requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, visa rules, and procedures across relevant countries.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and provide timely updates throughout the immigration process.
- Identify potential challenges in client cases and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records, trackers, and CRM information.




- Prepare reports related to immigration cases, client status, and other relevant metrics.
- Educate clients about immigration policies, procedures, documentation requirements, and applicable changes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and a positive client experience.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, counselling, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Language Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in a regional language is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
