Job description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric Travel & Holiday Consultant to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to design and book their dream vacations. You will curate customized domestic and international holiday packages, handle logistics, and ensure an effortless, end-to-end booking experience.Key Responsibilities

- Analyze client preferences to design tailored itineraries for individuals, families, or corporate groups.
- Pitch customized tour packages, hotel accommodations, and activities to convert inbound leads into sales.
- Meet monthly sales targets to contribute to company revenue milestones.
- Provide 24/7 on-trip support to proactively resolve any itinerary disruptions or scheduling conflicts.




- Build a loyal client portfolio by maintaining post-trip engagement and gathering valuable reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (IATA certification is a distinct advantage).
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Tour Operators/ Holiday Companies
- Destination Knowledge: Robust geographic awareness of trending domestic and major international leisure destinations.
- Soft Skills: Fluency in English and Tamil; exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
