- Workplace Service Delivery and Visitor Management (must at least be able to reverse-engineer custom code and understand the newer OOB architecture)
- Invitation, visitor, visit, and registration data models
- Kiosk registration and walk-in behavior
- Multi-row variable sets
- Flow Designer, subflows, actions, and error handling
- Decision tables or maintainable rules engines for approval routing
- Script Includes and JavaScript
- Business rules
- Catalog items, record producers, variables, and multi-row variable sets
- Employee Center and portal configuration
- Notifications, mail scripts, and reusable content blocks
