E-commerce Executive – Marketplace Operations & Product Listing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage bulk product listings and day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage bulk product listings on marketplaces including:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Myntra
- Nykaa
- Ajio
- JioMart
- Other major marketplaces
- Upload new products, update existing listings, and manage variations using bulk templates.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, and images for better visibility and conversions.
- Manage Amazon FBA operations, including:
- Shipment creation
- Inventory planning
- Replenishment
- FBA reconciliation
- Monitoring stranded inventory and shipment discrepancies
- Generate and analyze marketplace reports for sales, inventory, returns, reimbursements, and performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, catalog errors, and marketplace compliance issues.
- Monitor account health and marketplace performance metrics.
- Work with pricing, promotions, and inventory updates across all marketplaces.




- Manage listings on international .com marketplaces (such as Amazon.com and other global e-commerce portals) and understand international catalog requirements.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in marketplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA.
- Experience with bulk listing files (Excel templates, flat files, category templates).
- Experience managing listings on Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Positive understanding of product catalog management and variation listings.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, CSV handling).
- Ability to analyze reports and maintain accurate inventory.
- Familiarity with international marketplace (.com) listings is preferred.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple product categories.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with home & kitchen, home décor, glassware, ceramics, or consumer product.
