JOB TITLE: STRUCTURAL FABRICATOR

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Structural Fabricator to carry out fabrication and assembly of structural steel components in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should have good knowledge of fabrication techniques, tools, drawings, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and measurements.
- Fabricate structural steel components such as frames, beams, columns, supports, platforms, and brackets.
- Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and assembling of structural materials.
- Measure and mark materials accurately according to drawings and specifications.
- Carry out proper fit-up and alignment before welding.
- Work closely with welders, supervisors, and other production team members.




- Inspect fabricated components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report fabrication defects, material issues, or dimensional discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area and follow all company safety procedures.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved within the required time.

Requirements

- ITI / Technical qualification in Fabrication, Fitting, or a related trade is preferred.
- Previous experience in structural steel fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
- Good knowledge of cutting, fitting, grinding, drilling, and assembly work.
- Knowledge of welding processes is an added advantage.
- Ability to use measuring and hand tools accurately.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
