Al Baith Restaurant is looking for an experienced Shawaya Maker to join our kitchen team in Muvattupuzha.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Shawaya preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of food quality, hygiene, and safe kitchen practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Shawaya preparation and cooking operations.
- Prepare, clean, and marinate chicken according to restaurant requirements.
- Monitor the cooking process to ensure proper taste, quality, and consistency.
- Maintain food hygiene and cleanliness throughout the preparation process.
- Operate and handle kitchen and cooking equipment safely.
- Maintain proper food preparation and storage practices.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
- Follow restaurant standards, safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized.

Requirements





- Previous restaurant kitchen experience is required.
- Practical knowledge and experience in Shawaya preparation and cooking.
- Good understanding of food quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
- Ability to work as part of a kitchen team.
- Responsible, hardworking, and disciplined attitude.
- Willingness to follow instructions and maintain restaurant standards.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience and skills.

Working Details

Work Location: Muvattupuzha, Kerala
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Working Days: 7 days per week
