TL – React.js ( 6-7 Years )

Moon Technolabs is hiring a TL – React.js ( 6-7 Years ) (at least 2 years in a leadership role) at Sola, Ahmedabad. We are looking for an experienced React.js skilled with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead front-end developers in building scalable React.js web applications.
- at least 2 years in a leadership role Required.
- Manage architecture, technical decisions, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Mentor team members and ensure coding standards and quality.
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and design teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Drive performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and timely feature delivery.
- Maintain UI/UX consistency across the product.

Technical Requirements





- 6+ years of hands-on React.js experience with Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS.
- Experience with component libraries, design systems, and atomic design.
- Familiarity with Next.js, SSR, static site generation, REST APIs, GraphQL, and JSON.
- Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, Jest, React Testing Library, and integration testing.
- Experience with Git, ESLint, Prettier, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Bonus: Exposure to micro frontends, performance profiling, and A/B testing.

Leadership & Communication

- Proven experience leading front-end or full-stack teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and agile workflow management skills.
- Excellent communication with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Client Communication: Required
