Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelycompletion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to projectteam members, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.

Design and Engineering: Review and approve project designs, drawings,specifications, and engineering documents.

Procurement and Contracting: Coordinate with procurement teams to selectand contract vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

Construction and Commissioning: Oversee construction and commissioningactivities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safetystandards.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure projectdeliverables meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks,



developing andimplementing risk management plans as needed.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, issues, andchanges to stakeholders, including customers, project sponsors, and teammembers.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, andensure cost-effectiveness.

Lessons Learned: Document and share lessons learned from projectexperiences to improve future project outcomes.

Help the logistics team to manage the material transportation.
