We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, plant operations, or manufacturing.

* Handle preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.

* Troubleshoot mechanical failures and minimize machine downtime.

* Maintain equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.

* Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance planning.

* Coordinate with Production and other departments for smooth plant operations.

*Maintain maintenance records, daily reports, and equipment history.

* Manage critical spare parts and coordinate with vendors.

* Support installation, commissioning, modification & upgrading of machinery.

* Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns.

* Supervise technicians, contractors, and maintenance staff.

* Ensure compliance with safety procedures,



5S & TPM practices.

* Identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency and reducing downtime.

Qualification

* B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

* Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting

* Good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance documentation

* Good communication and team-management skills
