About the Role

We are hiring someone who can connect crypto/Web3 product, growth, on-chain participation, and business conversion into one operating loop. This is not a community management, social media, or ticket-passing role. You will design how users should move through the product, what incentives to offer, which actions should be recorded on-chain, and what should be built first in the MVP — then turn that design into real operations and experiments.

We especially want someone who can design and run early-stage loops around waitlist, disclosure, reviewer acquisition, optional on-chain acknowledgement, channel experiments, and KPI operations. You should not simply ask engineering to “build features.” You should lock the participation structure, incentive logic, and priorities in writing before development, then drive execution.

The near-term goal is not vanity growth such as follower count, raw transaction count, or wallet connections. The goal is to build an operating system that creates meaningful user actions and real business conversion. Over time, you will own the Web3 business operating loop that connects product, marketing, on-chain participation, and partner/reviewer conversion into one growth engine.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in Web3/crypto product, growth, business operations, or protocol/ecosystem operations
- Experience designing user journeys, funnels, incentives, and participation loops
- Experience designing or operating at least one of the following: waitlist, quest, points, referral, on-chain event, or wallet action
- Experience designing and measuring both on-chain activity and off-chain conversion (inquiries, reviews, meetings, data requests, etc.)
- Experience aligning engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to close priorities and decisions
- Ability to write execution documents such as PRDs, experiment briefs, and weekly decision memos
- Ability to define KPIs and design baseline, target, exclusion rules, and kill rules
- Judgment to distinguish vanity metrics (followers, raw transactions, wallet connections) from meaningful behavioral metrics
- Self-directed learning and execution ability in a rapid-changing crypto environment
- Relevant portfolio or real operating case studies are required
