About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Analyst to join our Bangalore team. This is a client-facing role involving account opening, account maintenance, client data management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The role provides exposure to multiple financial products and business areas, including Equity, Fixed Income, Prime Brokerage, Derivatives, and Futures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage new account opening and account maintenance activities across business lines.
- Liaise with internal business teams and external clients to ensure timely and accurate account setup.
- Maintain and ensure the quality of client reference data.
- Coordinate with Sales, Middle Office, Operations, Client Implementation, Legal and Compliance teams as required.
- Support reconciliation and operational activities.
- Ensure processes comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Identify operational risks and suggest process improvements.
- Support ongoing projects, regulatory initiatives, and new business requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting timelines.

Required Skills & Experience





- 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, operations, account management, client onboarding, or related areas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in client onboarding/account opening is preferred.
- Experience in reconciliation or financial operations is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of financial products is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing requirements.
