- Customer Service: Greet clients, inspect accident-damaged vehicles, and record repair needs.
- Insurance Coordination: File insurance claims, coordinate with surveyors, and manage documentation approvals.
- Repair Estimation: Prepare accurate cost and time estimates for parts and labor using dealership guidelines.
- Workflow Monitoring: Track repair progress with technicians and the parts department to prevent delays.
- Quality & Delivery: Conduct final quality inspections and explain final invoices to customers upon vehicle delivery
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
