An international architecture and design practice based in Indiranagar, Bangalore- is hiring a Senior Architectural Draftsperson with around 10–15 years of skilled experience to support the preparation and coordination of technical documentation for architecture projects across residential, hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, and master planning developments.This is a technical delivery role focused on Design Development, Tender Documentation, and Construction Documentation. The position involves preparing coordinated drawing packages, working closely with consultants and internal teams, reviewing technical documentation, and supporting project delivery through the construction stage.Project ExposureWork may include:Hospitality projectsResidential developmentsCommercial projectsMixed-use developmentsMaster planning projectsLarge-scale developmentsKey ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of architectural documentation from the Design Development stage through Tender Documentation and Construction DocumentationPrepare, coordinate, and manage detailed drawing packages, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and area statementsPrepare technically accurate architectural drawings in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes, and office documentation standardsCoordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure integrated project documentationReview structural, MEP, landscape, and consultant drawings to identify coordination issues, clashes, inconsistencies, and technical discrepancies before integrating them into architectural documentationCoordinate with the interior design team to maintain consistency between architectural and interior documentationReview contractor shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups,



and samples for compliance with issued drawings and project specificationsSupport responses to tender queries, Requests for Information (RFIs), and construction-stage technical clarificationsParticipate in site visits and technical coordination meetings to support documentation accuracy and resolve project-related technical issuesMaintain drawing standards, file organisation, version control, and timely issue of project documentation and deliverablesRequirementsDegree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Assistantship, or an equivalent technical qualification related to architectural documentation and construction drawingsAround 10–15 years of professional experience in architectural documentation and technical project deliveryExperience working on hospitality and residential projects; experience with mixed-use or large-scale developments will be an added advantageStrong understanding of building systems, construction methods, architectural detailing, and multidisciplinary coordinationHigh proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office is expected; exposure to BIM will bean added advantageExperience preparing Design Development, Tender Documentation, and Construction Documentation packagesAbility to independently prepare, coordinate, and deliver detailed drawing packages with minimal supervisionExperience coordinating with structural, MEP, landscape, interior design teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholdersStrong technical documentation, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines and documentation deliverablesWork ScheduleLocation: Indiranagar, BangaloreWorking days: Monday to Friday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
