The role involves WAF tuning, custom rule management, false-positive analysis, incident support, and DevSecOps automation across cloud and on-premises environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize WAF solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.Perform WAF tuning, false-positive analysis, and custom rule development.Support application onboarding, exception handling, and policy updates.Work closely with SOC, Cyber Security, Cloud, and Application teams.Support DevSecOps automation pipelines and identify process improvement opportunities.Troubleshoot WAF,



network, and service-related issues.Engage with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.Required SkillsHands-on experience with Azure WAF, F5 ASM, Akamai, or similar WAF technologies.Strong understanding of Web Application Security and OWASP Top 10.Experience in WAF rule creation, tuning, and log analysis.Background in SOC/CSIRT, Incident Response, or Security Operations.Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.Knowledge of HTTPS, SSL/TLS certificates, rate limiting, and security monitoring.Experience with DevSecOps, automation, and Agile delivery models.Preferred SkillsSplunk/SIEM platformsPython or scripting experienceIAM/IDAM knowledgeCloud-native security controls and automation
