Key Requirements & QualificationsEducation: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, ENTC) or MBA (any stream).Experience: 4–12 years in Aerospace, Automotive or General Manufacturing.Core Skills: Project management tools (MS Project, Critical Path, Gantt Charts), SAP-HANA, financial/budget tracking, QMS standards, technical data packages, and assembly processes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningDevelop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Risk Mitigation plans alongside Cross-Functional Teams (CFT).Translate customer purchase orders, contracts, and technical packs into actionable project plans.Align manpower, materials, machinery, and budgets with annual operating plans.Execution & MonitoringTrack project milestones, schedules, costs, and quality metrics using plan vs. actual data.Lead CFTs to proactively identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and escalate issues to leadership.Manage program financials,



including budgets, revenues, cost variances, and support function headcount.Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMR).Stakeholder & Administrative CoordinationServe as the primary liaison between internal operations, support teams, and external customers.Host high-level customer visits, including agenda planning, presentations, and logistics.Set annual team goals and report program status to top management and the Board.CompetenciesStrong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.Calm under pressure; comfortable supporting international customers across different time zones.Data-driven decision-making with a robust customer focus.
