We are looking for a hands-on Chartered Accountant who can take ownership of the company’s finance, accounting, compliance and financial controls.This role is suited for someone who can go beyond routine accounting and help management understand the numbers, improve financial discipline and build stronger systems as the business grows.What you will be responsible forOversee day-to-day accounting and financial operationsEnsure timely and accurate preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statementsManage monthly and annual book closuresReview accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations and financial recordsManage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliancesCoordinate statutory audits, tax audits and other financial auditsMonitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and working capitalTrack customer outstanding, vendor payments and ageingMonitor cash flow and support fund planningPrepare and review MIS reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysisAnalyse product/project profitability, margins and costsStrengthen internal financial controls and accounting processesEnsure correct treatment of inventory, purchases, expenses, fixed assets and revenueWork closely with management on cost optimisation and financial decision-makingCoordinate with banks, auditors,



consultants and statutory authorities wherever requiredImprove financial reporting and help build more structured finance processes across the organisationWho we are looking forQualified Chartered Accountant (CA)Robust understanding of accounting, taxation and statutory complianceGood knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and audit requirementsComfortable working with financial statements, MIS and management reportingStrong analytical ability and attention to detailAbility to identify gaps in financial processes and independently drive corrective actionExperience with Tally / ERP / accounting softwareGood Excel and financial analysis skillsComfortable working closely with business owners and cross-functional teamsPreferred experiencePreference will be given to candidates who have worked in:Manufacturing companiesEngineering / machinery businessesProject-based businessesSMEs or promoter-led organisations where the CA has handled finance end-to-endWe are specifically looking for someone who can own the finance function, not simply maintain accounts or coordinate compliance.The ideal candidate should be able to look at the company’s numbers and clearly tell management where money is being made, where it is getting stuck, where costs are increasing and what needs attention.
