What You’ll Be Responsible ForYou’ll own the complete sales cycle:Lead → Meeting → Site Visit → Proposal → Negotiation → ClosureGenerate and convert qualified interior project leadsMeet premium residential & commercial clientsConduct site visits and understand project requirementsCoordinate with design teams for proposals and quotationsLead negotiations and close high-value projectsBuild and manage a strong sales pipelineAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsDevelop relationships with architects, builders, channel partners & clientsEnsure smooth handover from sales to design/project teamsIdentify new opportunities and drive revenue growth? What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a sales professional with a strong closing mindset.You should have:✅ 3+ years of sales experience ✅ Experience in Interior / Home Interior / Commercial Interior Sales ✅ Strong communication & presentation skills ✅ Excellent negotiation and closing abilities ✅ Proven sales target achievement ✅ Robust follow-up & relationship-building skills ✅ A proactive, energetic & commercially driven approach ✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visitsPreferred Industry Experience:Interior Design | Home Interiors | Commercial Interiors | Modular Kitchens | Wardrobes | Architecture | Real Estate | Furniture | Construction | Building Materials?
