The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of end-to-end payroll solutions across multi-country implementations, ensuring statutory compliance and seamless integration with HR and Finance modules. Mandatory hands-on experience with KSA and UAE payroll legislation — including Wage Protection System (WPS), GOSI, Mudad, and end-of-service benefit calculations — is required, in addition to US and India payroll expertise.ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations — from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis through to go-live and post-production support across US, India, KSA, and UAE legislative environmentsConfigure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, element classifications, and balance feeds for US (federal, state, local), India (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, LTA), and KSA/UAE (GOSI, end-of-service gratuity, WPS-compliant salary elements) legislationsDesign and configure payroll costing rules, cost allocation flexfields,
