involving:Evaluating investments end-to-endLeading deal execution across commercial and legal aspectsWorking closely with founders on growth and business buildingManaging portfolio relationships and board interactionsContributing to investor reporting and fundraisingHiring and mentoring analystsThe individual will initially own 1–2 portfolio companies end-to-end and progressively scale their scope across the fund.What success looks likeIndependently owning investment decisions and portfolio relationshipsBringing meaningful, including contrarian, perspectives to investment discussionsRepresenting the fund with credibility across founders, LPs, and other stakeholdersBuilding and mentoring high-performing teamsIf someone has built, scaled, and owned outcomes and now wants to work at the intersection of capital and company building, this could be a solid fit.
