Showroom Operations & SalesOversee daily showroom operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.Ensure high standards of customer service and buying experience.2. Visual Merchandising & Interior PresentationManage showroom layout, product display, and interior arrangements.Ensure aesthetic presentation aligned with global luxury retail standards.Regularly update displays to enhance customer engagement and product visibility.3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, architects, and interior designers.Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closures professionally.Ensure repeat business through excellent service and follow-up.4. Team Leadership & TrainingLead, train,



and motivate the showroom sales team.Conduct regular training on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer handling.Monitor team performance and drive a high-performance culture.5.
