Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and maintaining customer information in the CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned individual and team targets.

Requirements:

- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate's experience.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
