We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to manage the complete customer service experience at a passenger-car service centre in Goregaon, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have strong automobile service knowledge, customer-handling skills and experience coordinating with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle service.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and accurately record customer complaints.
- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Explain required repairs, service work and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors.
- Monitor service progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection, quality checks and final delivery.
- Ensure all repair and service work is completed within the committed timeline.




- Maintain proper service records and customer information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow workshop service procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant or Automotive Service Advisor.
- Experience in a passenger-car dealership or automobile service centre.
- Experience with Hyundai passenger cars is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in other passenger-car brands may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair processes.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and workshop teams.
- Automobile or Mechanical qualification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requirements.

Important: Only passenger-car service experience will be considered. Candidates with only two-wheeler, commercial vehicle, truck, bus, JCB or heavy-equipment experience may not be suitable.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
