Job Summary

Build the image-processing foundation — regions of interest, basic measurements and standardized feature computation — that underpins later advanced diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement ROI handling, basic measurements and standardized radiomics feature computation (IBSI-aligned).
- Provide processing services/endpoints the studio can call; ensure reproducibility.
- Collaborate with the DICOM engineer on pixel data and with WS1 on enrichment outputs.

Must-have skills

- 3+ years Python image processing (NumPy, SciPy, scikit-image or ITK).
- Familiarity with pyradiomics / radiomics feature extraction and medical image formats.
- Sound engineering practices (packaging, tests, reproducibility).

Other Requirements

- MONAI/segmentation basics; SageMaker or containerized processing; C++/ITK.
